You are Royalty

Scripture

Revelation 1:6 (NIV)

...and has made us to be a kingdom and priests to serve his God and Father—to him be glory and power for ever and ever! Amen.

Reflection

In Revelation 1:6, we are reminded of our royal identity in Christ. As believers, we have been chosen and appointed by God to be part of His kingdom. We are not just ordinary individuals; we are heirs of a royal lineage, called to reign and serve in the authority and power of our heavenly King.

Prayer

Heavenly Father, I thank You for choosing me and making me part of Your kingdom. Help me embrace my royal identity in Christ fully. May I understand the significance of being a chosen and appointed child of God. Empower me to walk in the authority and power You have given me, bringing Your love, truth and grace to those around me. May my life be a reflection of Your glory. In Jesus' name, amen.

Action Steps

  1. Meditate on the truth of your royal identity in Christ. Reflect on the privileges and responsibilities that come with being part of God's kingdom.

  2. Seek to understand the authority and power that has been given to you as a child of God. Study Scripture to grasp the depth of what it means to reign with Christ.

  3. Cultivate a heart of service and humility. Remember that being a royal in God's kingdom means being a servant to others. Look for opportunities to serve and bring the love of Christ to those in need.

As you walk in the reality of your royal identity in Christ, may you experience a renewed sense of purpose, joy, and confidence in fulfilling the calling God has placed upon your life. Remember, you are chosen, loved and destined for greatness in the kingdom of God.
